Made without harmful chemicals, the Serenade provides a healthier night’s sleep to leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed each morning. Its organic design eliminates the need for flame retardants while still meeting all federal flammability standards. Organic Cotton Fabric & Filling
Organic cotton is the purest form of cotton and a healthier alternative to synthetic fabrics and foams. Naturepedic uses only U.S. grown and certified organic cotton as filling for our mattresses, and we buy directly from USDA-certified sources. This increases purity, organic reliability, and support for U.S. farmers. The surface fabric is soft to the touch and easily stretches to conform to your body.

Organic Wool Batting
Wool wicks away moisture, provides natural fire protection, and offers temperature regulation, keeping you warm in the winter and cool in the summer. It has a natural crimp that gives it bounce, body, and soft support characteristics. Many of these benefits are due to its complex physiochemical structure, which cannot be artificially manufactured. Organic wool facilitates healthy, well-treated sheep and the elimination of harmful chemicals in the processing of the wool.

PLA Comfort Layer
The PLA comfort layer adds resiliency and improved moisture wicking for a more comfortable night's sleep. PLA is a plant-based material used in a variety of industries, including food packaging and medical supplies. 2" Organic Latex
Well known for its comfortable pressure-point relieving qualities, latex is a natural material made from the sap of a rubber tree! Unlike synthetic and even all-natural blends, we only source our latex foam from reputable certified organic suppliers, ensuring purity, fair labor practices and support for healthy farming to protect our planet's latex forests. The finished foam is certified to the Global Organic Latex Standard (GOLS) and wrapped in a stretch-knit organic cotton outer casing.

8" Breathable Encased Coil Support
The larger coils in the Serenade are also individually wrapped in GOTS-approved polyester fabric for full-body-contouring comfort. This method ensures isolation of movement while promoting balanced support for proper postural alignment. Encased coils provide just the right amount of bounce while adding excellent breathability and heat dissipation characteristics compared to memory foam and even all-latex mattresses. Our exclusive construction completely avoids the use of glues or adhesives.

Fire Protection Done Right
Due to our innovative design and intelligent mattress construction, Naturepedic certified organic mattresses pass all federal and state flammability standards without the use of fire retardant chemicals or chemical flame barriers. This is achieved through superior product design, the use of more natural materials, and the elimination of polyurethane foam.
